The First Ten
Lets share some challenges for a week.
Nine days. Two hours with the founder. Ten seats.
eight seats remain
What this is
Ten, and then we stop.
We have spent the last months building Tikara, a system that takes the running of your life out of your head and puts it somewhere that can actually hold it. Calendar, commitments, the nine things you are mid-way through, the one you keep not starting.
It works. We think it works well. “We think it works well” is also what every founder says about the thing they built at two in the morning, which is why we would rather find out from ten people now than from ten thousand later.
So this is an exchange, and we have tried to make it an honest one. You give us nine days and two hours. We give you the two hours back, on your own life, with the person who built this.
The exchange
What you give. What you get.
What we ask for
- Two hours. One at the start, one at the end, nine days apart.
- Nine days of actually using it, not admiring it.
- Your honest opinion. Specifically the part where you tell us something is annoying.
- One short conversation about what you already spend trying to solve this. We are working out what this should cost, and we would rather ask than guess.
What you get
- An hour with the founder on your actual life, the same session Kreatures sells at €350.
- Nine days inside Tikara, with nothing held back and nothing gated.
- A second hour at the end, to take stock properly.
- Whatever you build that week is yours to keep, exported in a form you can read, whether or not you ever open Tikara again.
You will spend those hours with the founder. Not a chatbot, not a community manager, not a “success specialist.”
What this is not
This is not a waiting list.
Waiting lists are where good intentions go to be forgotten.
- You will not be added to a mailing list. You will receive the emails required to run your nine days, and nothing else.
- You will not be sold to, followed up, or reminded that time is running out.
- There is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to sign.
- Nothing you put into Tikara is sold, and none of it is used to train anything.
- When the nine days end, they end.
We start the day the tenth person says yes.
The shape of it
One hour. Then seven days. Then one hour.
- You applyThree questions. It takes about a minute, and one of them needs a real answer rather than a tick.
- You book your first hour, immediatelyThe booking link is on the confirmation screen. No one is going to sit on your application for two days.
- Nine days inside TikaraYour real life, not a demo account. We check in once, in the middle, and only once.
- The second hourWhat worked, what irritated you, what you would throw away. Then you keep what you built.
Kick-off calls begin the week the tenth seat is taken.
Who this is for
The ten we are looking for.
You, probably
You are carrying more than one head can reasonably hold. You run things. Other people depend on your judgement. The work you are known for is not the work that fills your day, and the distance between those two is where your evenings go.
You have tried systems before. Some of them worked for a while. You are not looking for a new belief about productivity and you would be right to be suspicious of one.
And you are willing to say plainly what is not working, including when the thing that is not working is ours.
When it is not the right time
- If you cannot give the two hours in the next few weeks, take a seat in a later group instead. Waiting costs you nothing and it costs us nine days.
- If what you want is a trial of some software, there are thousands of those, and one of them will serve you better than this will.
- We do not tell people who they are. If that is what you are looking for, we are not it.
Which Tikara you will be using
Two builds. You get one.
There are two versions of Tikara and we do not yet know which one is better. Five of the ten seats go to each. You will be told which you have on the first call, and you will not be asked to compare them, because you will only ever see one.
Build A
The one you type into
The original. You write, it sorts, and the week arranges itself around what actually matters. Quiet, fast, and it never speaks first.
Build B
The one you talk to
The same system, reached with your voice. You say it once, out loud, and it is held. Built for the moments when opening an app is already too many steps.
Why we are doing it this way. Ten people split five and five will not prove anything statistically, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What it gives us is ten honest accounts of two different answers to the same problem, which is worth more at this stage than a number with no power behind it.
The application
Take one of the ten.
About a minute. You will get the booking link on the next screen.
Right. That is yours.
A confirmation is on its way. If anything looks wrong, reply to it. It comes from a person.
If this is not the door you wanted
Some people do not need nine days of testing.
They need the mechanics of their working life taken off their hands properly, by a person, starting now. That is the other half of what we do, and it is not this page.
Kreatures, the private practice
A standing engagement. We take the tracking, the deciding what matters, the remembering and the sequencing, so that when the important decision arrives you meet it with a clear head. €1,500 for ninety days. By invitation, and we hold a small roster on purpose.
Before you ask
The questions people actually have.
Why only ten?
Because the founder runs every session personally, and there are only so many hours in a week. This is not a marketing number.
Who am I actually talking to?
The founder. Every session, both ends. If that changes, we will say so before you book.
Is this a way to collect my email?
No. You will receive the emails required to run your nine days and nothing else. No newsletter, no launch announcements, no “we noticed you haven’t logged in.” You can ask us to delete everything at any point and we will confirm when it is done.
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there is nothing to sign. Tikara will have a price later; these ten seats exist because we need the truth more than we need the money right now.
What happens to what I put into Tikara?
It stays in the EU. It is never sold and never used to train anything. When the nine days end, you can export it or have it deleted, your choice, stated once, honoured immediately.
What is handled by a person, and what is handled by technology?
The two hours are a person, the founder, both times. Inside Tikara, the drafting, the sorting and the prompting are software, and some of it uses AI models. Nothing is presented to you as a human when it is not. If you ever cannot tell, that is a fault and we want to hear about it.
How much time does this really take?
About two hours, three if you are generous with us. The nine days in between should cost you less time than the way you are doing it now, or it has failed and we need to know.
Do I need to be diagnosed with anything?
No, and we are not going to ask. Tikara is built for people carrying more than one head can hold. Plenty of them have ADHD. Plenty of them do not. It is not a medical product and it does not treat anything.
What if I start and it is not for me?
Tell us on the second call, honestly and in detail. That is a successful outcome for us and it costs you nothing.
A creature is a living thing that has not been named yet. We do not define you. We clear the room so you can find out.
Wherever you take this
