Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Consumers (any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession) have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract; for the purchase of goods, it is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us - Kreatures.org, at care@kreatures.org - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, preferably by email or via the contact form on our website. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal — services: If you withdraw from a contract for services, we shall reimburse to you the payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract; this amount will be deducted from the reimbursement. If, with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, a service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance.

Effects of withdrawal — goods: If you withdraw from a purchase of goods, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In all cases, we will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal: For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal.
