Cancel Your Contracts Here (Verträge hier kündigen)
In accordance with Sec. 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers can cancel ongoing contracts and subscriptions concluded via this website at any time on this page.
To cancel, send us an unequivocal cancellation statement by email to care@kreatures.org with the subject line “Cancellation”. Please include the following information so we can process your cancellation without delay:
Your full name and the email address used for the purchase. 2. Which subscription or contract you want to cancel (for example: Coaching Services weekly subscription, or Planner Subscription monthly). 3. The type of cancellation: ordinary cancellation, or extraordinary cancellation for good cause (please state the reason). 4. The date on which the cancellation should take effect, or “at the earliest possible date”.
We will immediately confirm receipt of your cancellation and its effective date by email (Sec. 312k (4) BGB).
You can also submit your cancellation directly via the contact form on our website. Your statutory right of withdrawal within the first 14 days (see our Right of Withdrawal page) remains unaffected.
