Outcomes defined in week one, in writing. We speak first from day one; you will not be handed another inbox to manage.
The fit clause. If within the first fourteen days of an engagement you find we are not the right hands, we part, and the remainder returns to you. Stated once, honored without discussion.

What is a private chief of staff, exactly?
A human practice that takes over the mental load and the decisions of running your life and work. Distinct from a coach (who talks), an assistant (who executes tasks you assign), and an app (which is software you maintain), a chief of staff holds the whole picture, thinks ahead of you, and owns the outcome alongside you.
What does it actually take over?
The tracking and the deciding. The open loops, the deadlines held in your head, the constant judgment of what matters this week and what can wait. You keep the decisions that are genuinely yours; we carry, order, and drive everything else.
What does it cost?
The private engagement is €1,500 per 90 days. A single working session is €350. Private access to the system is €49 per month. There are no tiers beyond these, no discounts, and nothing free.
Is there a guarantee?
A fit clause, not a slogan: if within the first fourteen days of an engagement you find we are not the right hands, we part, and the remainder returns to you.
Why is it by invitation?
We work with a small number of clients per quarter, and the work is intimate. The request tells us whether we are the right hands for what you carry. If we are not, we will say so plainly.
How do you handle privacy, GDPR and the EU AI Act?
We are based in Germany and operate fully under the GDPR: your information stays in the EU, is never sold, and is never used to train anything. In line with the EU AI Act’s transparency requirements, you always know what is handled by a person and what is assisted by technology.
